Returns & Exchanges 

If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

If your skincare product(s) were recommended to you by a trained Lèkura skincare specialist in salon or online you may be eligible for a replacement or exchange.  Exchanges are accepted in the unlikely occurrence of an allergic reaction.  Please note you should always advise your specialist of any known allergies before purchasing new products.   If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange

To be eligible for an exchange due to an allergic reaction, your product must be in its original packaging and accompanied with an original purchase receipt and clear photo of allergic reaction. 

Products are not refundable for change of mind. 
Gift cards, personal care products, skin tools or salon supplies are exempt from being returned. 

Damaged Packaging (if applicable) 
If your products arrived damaged you have 14 days to contact us via email at It is at our discretion if the packaging or full product(s) will be replaced.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50aud, you should consider using parcel tracking when returning your products.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We strongly recommend tracking your return.
